Client Service Coordinator

Shipshape IT is seeking to grow its ranks to keep pace with its controlled yet considerable growth.   As a client service coordinator you will serve as an important logistical facilitator in addition to engaging in substantial client communications. Superior organizational and communications skills are required to excel in this position.

Responsibilities

The duties for this position may include, but are not limited to:

  • Client management and administration: Coordinating company operations and logistics with clients and third parties. 
  • Coordination and scheduling of engineering operations: Planning and coordination of all product and service deliveries relevant to ongoing projects and support activities.
  • Account administration: Contract logistics and filing, tasks and services documentation, other duties as may be reasonably assigned.

Required Education

A four year degree is preferred for this position but is not required. 

Required Experience and Qualifications

  •       Prior office and business experience is preferred
  •       Working knowledge and understanding of the MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  •       Visio experience is a plus  
  •       Excellent phone presence and people skills
  •       Solid organization and time management skills
