Jay M. McDannell is Shipshape IT’s Corporate Counsel.  Jay has over two decades of experience as a commercial litigator and business advisor.  Jay helps Shipshape IT assess risk, address complex business issues and innovate its products and services to enhance Shipshape IT’s relationships with its clients.  

In his free time Jay dominates Shipshape IT’s fantasy football league and plays softball and tennis. Jay has also done award-winning work with underprivileged District of Columbia high-school students to provide mentors, knowledge, motivation and preparation to succeed at four-year colleges.
