Ms. Moye brings over 8 years of Customer Service and Retail Management experience. She attended The George Washington University and University of Maryland Global Campus, studying Psychology and Human Resources Management during her undergraduate career. Ms. Moye manages and oversees the day-to-day administrative functions of Shipshape IT’s operations, administration of company benefits, HR policies, programs and practices; she also maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing.

She lives in Laurel, MD with her Shih Tzu puppies, Bentley and Beamer and in her spare time enjoys traveling and working as a hobby baker, running and operating her own home-based bakery since she was 15 years old, Sweet Secrets Bakery.
