Sam brings to the firm over three decades of professional experience encompassing executive management, business strategy, financial management, information technology management, compliance, and hands-on execution. He possesses comprehensive expertise of Information Technology and how to optimally leverage technology to support successful business operations. In addition to hundreds of small and medium-sized organizations, Sam has served many large well-known organizations over the course of his career, including: United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the World Bank, Department of the Army Combat Materiel Research Laboratory, Battelle Memorial Institute, NATO Supreme Allied Commander Atlantic (SACLANT), New York City Police Department (NYPD), United States Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB), the Smithsonian Institution, and others.
Sam resides in Leesburg, Virginia with his wife and children. His hobbies include reading, scuba diving, observational astronomy, general aviation, and concocting soup (on occasion with great success). Like many other technologists Sam has recently developed an obsession with generative artificial intelligence. He is passionate about developing innovations and has maintained a lifelong interest in technology.
