Shipshape IT, LLC is pleased to announce that it has promoted Mr. Timothy Christensen and Mr. Travis Woodruff to Vice Presidents of Technical Services. Both Mr. Christensen and Mr. Woodruff have been instrumental in Shipshape IT’s continuing success over the years and bring a wealth of experience to their new position as Vice Presidents of Technical Services.

Mr. Christensen joined Shipshape IT in 2014 as a Senior Network Engineer and was promoted to Director of Implementation Services in 2015. As Director of Implementation Services, Mr. Christensen’s primary duties included managing the deployment process of our new clients and managing a team of Senior Network Engineers who handle the specific in-take, and initial support requirements. Prior to joining Shipshape IT, Mr. Christensen was the Chief Technology Officer for Bluestone Law International, dating back to 2004. Over this nine-year tenure, Mr. Christensen managed line and executive functions of all levels of their technology for this firm which specialized in international finance and debt-collection.

Mr. Woodruff joined Shipshape IT in 2015 as Director of Support Services. In his role as Director of Support Services, Mr. Woodruff managed and supervised Help Desk Operations; including staff responsible for delivering recurrent on-site, and remote end-user support. Prior to joining Shipshape IT, Mr. Woodruff completed a four-year tenure at the DC Department of Behavioral Health (DC DBH). In his role as Chief Information Officer, Mr. Woodruff, evaluated, administered and implemented Credible Behavioral Health’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) System. Mr. Woodruff oversaw this EMR migration project on a District-wide basis requiring every Mental Health Agency in the city to utilize the system to be eligible for Medicaid funds.Also, while concurrently handling the executive functions of the organization’s information technology infrastructure and logistics.
